MobileBytes POS now supports reporting of labor cost into categories. This allows restaurants to track labor separately for people working in broad categories. A simple example would be FOH and BOH. In the MB POS backend under locations, you’ll see a new “Labor Categories” option. This is where you create categories and assign job types. You can also assign a fixed cost value to account for salaried managers.
In the Labor Summary report, you’ll now see your labor reported by category.
