Copperstate customers receive an industry leading one-year warranty on all equipment. This exceeds the average two to six month warranty provided by other POS companies. Enhanced warranties are also available the first year and include 24/7 customer care call center support, daily off-site data back-up and anti-virus protection with monitoring.

After the first year, customers can select from a variety of options for system maintenance. This includes 24/7 call center support and on-site hardware repair. Customers can also choose from off-site data backup, credit card payment support, software updates and managed security and anti-virus protection.

Once a customer’s system is up and running, support is only a phone call away. Copperstate’s 24 hours a day, 7 days a week call center solves over 80% of all customer inquiries over the phone or via virtual technician. For all other matters, our in-house service technicians can be on-site within 1 hour with a fully stocked truck.
